I workout 5 days a week, sometimes even 2x a day. Yes, the benefits are awesome, but it can also wreak havoc on your hair.
So to add the moisture back, I like to do something called: Co- Washing or Water Rinsing
Co-washing is just washing your hair with conditioner instead of shampoo...Hence the name!
Water-rinsing is the same, but without the conditioner.
The benefits:
Keeps your hair moisturized
Keeps your scalp clean
Helps you retain growth by keeping hair moisturized
Feels wonderful in this heat
