More Water Please




Did you know that the human body is made up of 55 - 75 percent water (lean people have more water in their bodies because muscle holds more water than fat)   Water is crucial to your health b/c It makes up, on average, 60 percent of your body weight.
Every system in your body depends on water. Water hydrates your body and helps it work efficiently. Water improves your joints, hair, nails and muscle.  When all of your cells are healthy and hydrated, your body is able to function optimally. That means your hair is healthier. Your skin is vital and healthy. Your joints tendons and muscles have what they need to function as well. In short, drink more water to look and feel better.
The health benefits of drinking water are numerous from increasing your metabolism to burn more calories and boosting your energy levels, to hydrating your body and moisturizing your skin
So the next time somebody tries to hand you a can of soda or sugary juice….. Just say, no thank you…more water please!!
